IMPORTANT - SHIPPING , CUSTOMS AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

1. Please note that due to local covid restrictions and increased mail volumes, some international and UK mail is taking longer than normal. Please bear this in mind when ordering and allow some additional time.

2. We are currently not shipping to EU countries while we await clarification on changes to customs and VAT changes from UK to EU. We hope this will be rectified soon.

ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES INCURRED IN THE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. ANY RETURN CHARGES INCURRED BY US DUE TO THE REFUSAL OF PAYMENT OF IMPORT DUTIES OR DELIVERY WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND ON RETURN OF PARCEL.

UK SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE BY STANDARD MAIL OR SIGNED - ALL ORDERS OVER £20 ARE SENT BY TRACKED ROYAL MAIL.

WHEN WILL WE SHIP YOUR ORDER?

We own, store and grade all our music which means we ship our orders usually no more than 2 working days after your order is received. Working days are Monday to Friday.
